    Shipping Policy

    Delivery Information

    We aim to ship most orders within 1-3 business days of order placement. However, during peak seasons or busy periods, processing may take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience. Our priority is to deliver your order as quickly as possible!

    Please Note: Orders are only processed on business days (Monday-Friday).

    Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
    Shipping time is 7-20 days.

    Order Status

    Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package from our fulfillment center directly to your doorstep.

    For registered users, the tracking number will also be available in your account purchase history.

    Note: If you don't see tracking information right away, don’t worry! Sometimes there can be a delay of up to 24 hours before the tracking status updates after the shipper scans the package for the first time.
